All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. Occasionally, due to high volume orders, we may experience a backorder situation. You will be notified if your purchase is on backorder. Please expect 3-5 days for FedEx delivery times, after your order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY:
We only accept returns of merchandise that is in restock/unused condition at a 20% restock fee. No refunds on shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days so that we can gather more information from you. This will enable us to remedy the situation.

We often buy up misprints from other companies to help prevent these items from ending up in a land fill when they make perfectly good packaging material. These all come in on rolls straight from a printer, never used and brand new. We are just trying to do our part to help the environment and still fill a vital role for packaging.
